ICD Anemia in remission

I remember reading a guideline on remission, but for the life of me, I can't find it! I know there are codes with the description of remission in them, but for codes on anemia where the doctor documents it in remission...... I'm sure there is a specific guideline for that!

Can someone direct me on this?

I searched a pdf version of the guidelines for "remission" and found only one reference in the V codes section (V11).

The Neoplasm section on page 13 has guidelines for anemia with neoplasm, but nothing regarding remission.
